Within 30 days Brooke closes the account, deletes your personal information and tells you.

What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted
- Your sign-in
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your notification settings
- Photographs and messages you sent that are not part of a job record
Kept
- Records of work Brooke carried out, such as job cards and signed completion records
- These are Brooke's business records, needed for warranties, safety and the law. They are kept securely and not used for anything else.
If your company uses the app, closing your own sign-in does not affect your colleagues' accounts or your company's records with Brooke.

If there is a Brooke account for that address, we have emailed it to confirm. Brooke closes the account and deletes the personal information within 30 days.
